STATEMENT OF APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO ENTER THE CONSERVATION AREA

I hereby:
  1. Declares that the data I provide is true
  2. Declared not to carry out activities that will directly or indirectly damage the environment of the Tanjung Puting National Park
  3. Will report to Tanjung Puting National Park officials before entering the Tanjung Puting National Park area
  4. Willing to be responsible to be accompanied by officers of the Tanjung Puting National Park
  5. Willing to submit a Final Activity Report no later than 1 month after the activity is completed
  6. Willing to be responsible for all risks during the implementation of activities
  7. Willing to comply with all rules and regulations for entering the Tanjung Puting National Park
  8. Willing to pay Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in accordance with applicable regulations
       I agree with this statement as one of the conditions for the application for a Conservation Area Entry Permit in Tanjung Puting National Park.
