Jenis Kupu-kupu yang teridentifikasi di Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting
Berdasarkan data Statistik Balai Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting Tahun 2022, jenis kupu – kupu yang teridentifikasi di Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting yaitu sebanyak 108 spesies dari 5 (lima) famili dengan jumlah famili terbanyak yaitu Nymphalidae sebanyak 69 spesies. Lokasi perjumpaan kupu-kupu paling banyak dijumpai pada kawasan HPT (Hutan Pasca Terbakar) dan PS (Padang dan Semak Belukar). Jenis kupu-kupu yang paling banyak dijumpai pada Hutan Pasca Terbakar (HPT) yaitu Nacaduba sp. famili Lycaenidae. Sedangkan jenis yang banyak dijumpai pada lokasi Padang dan Semak Belukar yaitu jenis Junonia atlites famili Nymphalidae.
